With over 20 years of professional experience, Donald has worked as Lead Consultant and Project Director in several digital trust projects in over a dozen countries in Europe and Latin America. He has led missions and technical assistances for international organizations such as the World Bank, the European Union, the Central American Integration System (SICA) and U.S. International Cooperation Agencies, leading working groups on the adoption of international standards in digital transformation processes within the framework of regional integration. He is also a Senior Lecturer in Trust Services in the University of Barcelona in Spain and he has delivered over 300 conferences and training sessions for more than 20,000 business executives, government officials and international consultants. Since 2018, he has been the Deputy Director and Co-Founder of IDForo, the largest Ibero-American platform on digital trust. Donald is currently Head of Business Development for Ibero-American markets in Namirial.
