The main objective was to start the project within the company with the management of administrative documents. This was managed on paper, with the documents photocopied several times, and some archived, at best, in digital mode through a series of Windows folders with the huge waste of management and search time if not the loss of themselves. The company felt the need to adopt a document archiving system, for faster research, but also a legal Long-Term Archiving system for the elimination of paper that had reached remarkable levels. Thanks to the solution, the goal was achieved and at the same time the flow of approval of supplier invoices was activated by interacting with the customer’s ERP system for the recovery of the cost centers associated with the supplier with the authorization of payments.
