NewGioco’s objective is to improve the registration process on its website newgioco.it by new members.
The current process involves a guided wizard that allows manual entry of the master data required to create the new customer profile.
By means of certain user identification and an intuitive onboarding process, it is intended to offer a simple and automated registration operation mode.
The current process is to be improved by introducing a user recognition flow via a dedicated page, using SPID or CIE. At the same time, the system will have to read in an automated way the data contained in the identity documents of customers registering on the platform to verify their correctness.

Once registered via SPID or CIE (in Italy), the customer is already ‘identified’ in our backoffice, thus minimising the possibility of errors when comparing the data entered with those indicated in the document itself.
