Passwordless authentication
Adopt fast and secure access to corporate workstations and apps with Namirial SafeAccess
Passwordless authentication
For a simple and secure authentication experience
Passwords are no longer the most secure authentication method: the most effective strategy to overcome security problems, reduce IT maintenance time and costs, and enable business continuity is to move to passwordless authentication, based on FIDO2 standards and simplified PKI.
Namirial SafeAccess is the passwordless authentication suite for securing the workstations of small-to-medium-to-large organizations, even geographically distributed ones, with a scalable approach.
Based on the most stringent FIDO standards and the reliability of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), it provides for the use of a second passwordless authentication factor for access to enterprise systems.
The suite adapts to each individual organization with great flexibility: the second factor, in fact, is not predetermined or necessarily the same in all cases, but can be selected from a wide range of possibilities depending on the habits or needs of that specific context.

Our suite Namirial SafeAccess
Namirial SafeAccess provides access to Windows workstations through passwordless technology and Multi-Factor Authentication, choosing an authentication method from several options: app, badge and token.
With a single strong credential, users can be enabled to access the workstations and different web and legacy apps.
The credential lifecycle can be managed centrally, through software provided to system admins, or independently by the user, who completes device registration and credential issuance with a self-enrollment app. A third credential management, completely transparent to both users and admins, involves running in the background according to rules set in Active Directory.
Several components to integrate
Namirial SafeAccess is a suite consisting of several components that can be integrated individually or in combination, on premises into pre-existing enterprise systems, to secure employee access to workstations and applications. Remote user access to corporate apps and websites is made secure through a single sign-on mechanism that is easily integrated via convenient APIs.
CREDENTIAL PROVIDER
The software application that provides access to workstations within domains using passwordless and Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) authentication.
CREDENTIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CMS)
The tool that manages authentication methods and also functions as a credential issuing station, managing the credential lifecycle entirely.
ENTERPRISE SSO
Reduce login time to web pages (even legacy ones) and desktop apps thanks to the auto-launch mechanism, which automatically recognizes the user and gives him or her access to resources.
HYLOS
The solution to centrally track logs, create encrypted, GDPR-compliant archives, develop event reports related to the Namirial SafeAccess suite.
WAZUH
The solution to customize monitoring rules related to access security and provide active protection against attacks.
All the benefits of our suite
Increased security
Eliminating passwords, which are the primary target of hacker attacks, provides greater protection for information, allowing you to work nimbly without putting the company at risk.
GDPR compliance
Access and usage events of IT systems are effectively tracked as required by GDPR, the European Regulation that protects users’ personal data.
Improved UX
Each user can choose his or her preferred tool for dual-factor access to workstations: smartphone, badge, FIDO device, signature smartcard or USB token.
Reduced time and costs
Automatic credential management frees the IT department from operations related to password retrieval and unlocking of workstations, resulting in significant savings in terms of labor hours spent.
Scalability and flexibility
Since these are individual microservices dedicated to a specific operation, the customer can choose which components to install, providing flexibility in all areas and integration into all facilities.
Maximum integration
Through the exposed APIs, it is possible to integrate Multi-Factor Authentication on any developed solution without the need to start from scratch by implementing each individual authentication factor.
