At DIA Munich 2019 we were able to demonstrate how to overcome a typical interruption in process digitization at many insurers: a sudden switch in the signing scenario due to a customer requesting to put the process on hold for later completion remotely.
Many insurers switch back to paper processes in such cases as their existing e-signature only support a limited amount of signature types, can handle just one or the other engagement scenario and are lacking options for instant seamless switches between assisted and non-assisted scenarios.
Namirial demonstrated how customers are enabled to sign legally binding on their smartphone, also able to cater for processes requiring Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES) by law or where this type of signature is preferred for evidential reasons.
