  • Giulescu Aurel Cătălin: Minister of Internal Affairs – Department for Personal Records and Database Administration.  

Mr. Giulescu has a distinguished career in public administration, having served in various capacities within the Ministry of Internal Affairs. He has been instrumental in the implementation of the new Electronic Identity Card (CEI) and has extensive experience in data protection and public policy12. 

  • Andrei Nicoară: E-Government Expert.  

Mr. Nicoară works with the Ministry of Communications and Information Society (MCSI) and the Prime Minister’s Chancellery. He has participated in inter-institutional and European working groups focused on the operation of e-government systems and the creation of related legislation. Mr. Nicoară advises the private sector on regulatory compliance and is an active public figure, contributing to debates on draft legislation and publishing analyses on his blog34. 

  • Nikolaos (Niko) Kalantzis: Forensics Researcher 

Nikolaos (Niko) Kalantzis is a distinguished expert in forensic handwriting and document examination. With a solid foundation in physics from the University of Athens, Niko has pursued specialized training in Greece, Germany, and the UK, honing his skills in forensic science. With a robust portfolio of international presentations and publications, Niko Kalantzis is a leading voice in forensic document examination. We look forward to having him share his insights and experiences with us.
