On 18 October, the Federal Council approved the Bureaucracy Relief Act IV (BEG IV), which will open new opportunities for digitalization in HR from January 2025 at the latest. The upcoming webinar offers comprehensive insights into the most important aspects and shows how HR processes can be implemented more efficiently, cost-effectively and in compliance with the law.
The webinar is organized by Personalwirtschaft and moderated by Matthias Schmid-Stein, Editorial Director Online. Renowned labor law expert Dr Alexander Bissels, Habib Bejaoui, Head of Sales Namirial Germany, and Jörg Lenz, Head of Marketing Namirial Germany, will guide participants through the topic and highlight the measures that HR departments, HR service providers and software partners should take for document management. The focus will be on the new regulations in particular, which allow a large number of processes to be handled in text form. These include employment contracts, contracts for temporary employment and applications for part-time work, parental leave or care leave. At the same time, exceptions are also discussed, such as those that exist for fixed-term employment contracts and proof of certain working conditions for specific occupational groups.
Another key aspect of the webinar is the question of why conventional means of communication such as email, SMS or WhatsApp are not the best option in many cases, as they often pose challenges in terms of proof and probative value in the event of a dispute. They will also explain which processes still require an electronic form with a qualified electronic signature (QES). The speakers will also provide specific recommendations for implementing procedures that enable flexible and secure electronic communication.
The webinar is aimed at specialists and managers in HR departments, HR service providers and their technology partners who would like to find out about the new legal requirements and opportunities for digital transformation.
