The central theme of Work & Culture is the transformation of our working world and how new processes and digital technologies are changing the way we work together.
The focus of the Work & Culture conference is on strategies, technologies and structures that make companies more resilient and sustainable and enable the transformation of work organization according to New Work approaches. Trustworthy digital processes play a key role in the transformation to more agile and flexible working – especially for the implementation of hybrid working models – from flexible switching between workplaces in the office, the home office or even on the move on a smartphone or tablet.
Digital trust services for identification, authentication and proof of conclusive declarations of intent play a key role in relieving company employees of tedious paperwork and at the same time conserving resources.
The Work & Culture conference will again look at developments in the legal framework and court rulings for digital processes. Habib Bejaoui and Jörg Lenz will address various aspects in their lecture “Electronic Signature in Human Resources – What may be signed for and how in 2023?” The two speakers will shed light on what needs to be considered when electronically signing employment contracts due to the version of the Verification Act that has been in force since August 2022 and what concrete recommendations leading experts in employment law give their clients for legally compliant digital signing.
They will also highlight numerous other use cases for electronic signing for processes with and without formal requirements, point to best practices and give tips on how to quickly calculate the profitability of using electronic signatures.
Sponsors like Namirial make it possible to attend Work & Culture free of charge. This means that entire teams currently involved in integrating or optimizing the use of electronic signatures can also participate in all sessions.
