Meet Namirial at HR Inside Summit Summer Edition

June 13, 2024
🇦🇹 Schloss Laxenburg

Trustworthy digital processes play a key role in the transition to more agile and flexible working – especially for the implementation of hybrid working models – from flexible switching between workplaces in the office, the home office or on the move on a smartphone or tablet. At the summer edition of the HR Inside Summit with the focus topic “People & Technology”, the latest technologies and solutions that are intended to make a positive contribution to the digital world of work will be presented.

Digital trust services for identification, authentication and proof of conclusive declarations of intent also play a key role in relieving company employees of tedious paperwork and saving resources at the same time.

Stefan Weninger, Enterprise Account Executive at Namirial, together with our partners from Canon Austria GmbH, will provide information on numerous use cases for electronic signing for transactions with and without formal requirements and give tips on how to quickly calculate the cost-effectiveness of using electronic signatures.

They also provide specific information on the recommendations that leading experts in employment law give their clients for legally compliant digital signing – for example, what needs to be considered when signing employment contracts electronically.

Namirial supports numerous companies in the trustworthy design of digital identification processes and signature workflows. Its customers include banks, insurance companies, companies in the telecommunications, energy and recruitment industries as well as many HR departments. As a provider of qualified trust services in accordance with EU Regulation 910/2014 eIDAS, Namirial enables, among other things, the legally effective signing of employment contracts. Find out at the HR Inside Summit Summer Edition about the advantages and disadvantages of various identification procedures for the provision of certificates for the generation of signatures and about recently approved procedures for self-identification (Self-Ident).

You can’t be there, but would still like to immerse yourself in the world of electronic signatures? Feel free to send us an e-mail.

For an initial insight, we recommend downloading our white paper specifically for Austria:

You can also take a look at our project report with Christoph Trenkwalder, CEO of a pan-European personnel service provider with over 20,000 employees, in which he talks about the introduction of digital signatures with Namirial. The project report is held in German.
