Namirial’s Certified Electronic Mail service allows you to send e-mails as valid as a registered letter with return receipt, with many functions for optimal mail management.
Namirial Certified Electronic Mail is a service that allows to send and receive messages to other certified electronic mail account and to have a delivery receipt, with full legal probative value. The service certifies the date and time of sending and delivery of the message through acceptance and delivery receipts issued by the operators.
It is based on the Italian “Posta Elettronica Certificata – PEC” service, being fully compliant with the Italian standard and its regulatory framework. Soon, the Italian PEC will become European and qualified, in compliance with eIDAS regulation and ETSI REM baseline. The legal value will extend to all EU countries, all PEC account holders will be identified with certainty, two-factor authentication will be introduced for accessing the service, and the service will become a Qualified Electronic Registered Delivery Services (QERDS). In Italy, Certified Electronic Mail is already mandatory for companies, public administrations, and professionals, who must register their email address in specific public registers.

Namirial can offer a comprehensive solution for sending certified communications with full legal validity. The service can be used from a PC, tablet or smartphone, via webmail or mail client. The Namirial mailbox can be set up to also receive messages from an ordinary mailbox or forward them to another address.
Additional services can be activated for simplified mail management, such as the EmailScan that checks if login credentials have been compromised, the anti-malware that discovers the presence of viruses in incoming messages, and the archiving service that allows a copy of incoming messages and receipts to be automatically saved in a separate, secure area. The Long Term Archiving (LTA) service, on the other hand, provides automatic digital preservation of messages.

The italian region Veneto has adopted Namirial’s PEC technology, thus providing all its offices, as well as regional authorities and municipalities, with secure, dedicated mailboxes. The Region has also integrated PEC with its protocol register, in order to record incoming and outgoing correspondence with an efficient solution.
