Alessandro Scognamiglio is a board member of Namirial SPA and Cherrychain srl. In the Namirial group he also holds the position as Business Development and Strategic Partnerships Director. With a degree in electronic engineering, he has dedicated his career to innovation in the field of Digital Identity. His professional journey began at IPM Group SpA, a telecommunications company based in Naples, and he later became Head of Security Chips at ST Microelectronics, a global leader in the sector. After a rapid rise in the Italian-French corporation, Alessandro joined BIT4ID as a partner and visionary sales & marketing director. As an expert in smart cards and digital signatures, he has played a key role in numerous national projects, including the introduction of record linkage on national health cards (CNS-TS) and the creation of the Business Key, a portable digital signature token used by the Italian Chambers of Commerce. Today, through DigitalDNA, he aims to redefine the concept of digital identity, making it wearable and seamlessly integrated with mobile devices, firmly believing that the widespread adoption of mobile technology has broken down the barriers of the digital divide.
